OP here. Started with the Abridged and then watched the first season. I'm a dirty romancefag and actually thought Kirito and Asuna in both versions was cute and then I watched the Ordinal movie and I've been watching through Alicization and GGO all at the same time. I actually like Alicization but some of it gets very exposition heavy.

I liked SAO but after watching the abridged version i can say that SAO: abridged is far better in quality and writing. I mean episode 10 at the start with the internal conversations made me wake the neighbours i was laughing so loud.
