No. Vegeta is. Sasuke despite his polarizing character and questionable logic at times isn't a fucking shit at fighting spamming retard unlike Naruto after Part 1 and literally wouldn't have won against Deidara without actually thinking. He also managed to figure out why eyes kept closing and clevery played a simple unnoticeable trick until it was too late against Danzo even in a borderline psychotic rampaging state and it made all the difference.
Also, yes, it was cheap, but he waited until Orochimaru was literally on his deathbed to fucking stomp him in every way possible and turned his own trap against him.

Him getting bodied by Killer B was probably the most hilarious thing in Nardo. Had to get full-healed by Karen AND Jugo / use eyehax like 3 times and STILL couldn't get the job done.
