Is this manga worth the hassle? the character designs are pretty nice, but does the plot go anywhere?
My Hero Academia
It's has the best plot in shonen.
I appreciate how Shigaraki is born with power and can only use it to hurt others whilst Deku inherits power and uses it to help others. Having these two parallel story arcs has created a grey area that didn't exist at the beginning of the story. The plot feels even more rich. The early part of the story hid this in plain sight by showing us Stain's ideals and Endeavor's abusive nature. As the story has progressed we've seen how society creates men like Gentle and the LOV. The Pro Hero arc was an amazing at bringing endeavor into a grey area as well. To the general public he's just a hero that saves people, to Natsuo he's an abusive asshole, to Shoto he's an incredible hero and has the potential to be an incredible dad. Horikoshi's plot is amazing.
It has one of the biggest asspulls in manga history.
fuck off yugo, go back to your retarded frog plot
Literally nothing happens: the manga.
Save your time, user.
It's good
Stop at kamino incident, its a pretty good ride up till there
Guys I am trying hard to get into this anime but God damn is it boring. Im. Only four episodes in and I'm finished with Midoriya, he's cried every single episode at every little trial and does NOT elude the same charisma as other protags. Naruto did the whole
>i don't know why I saved you my body just did on its own
Thing a hundred times better so this is like a rerun without the charm.
And Bakugo is an absolute cunt.
Does it become any more bearable as it goes on? Do the characters become more likeable? So far not a single one has grasped my attention.
Would Deku give his son/daughter OfA? Or would he go look for a perfect candidate?
No. The plots fun at first but Hori goes too big too fast and more than half the characters get lost. It doesn't help that both bakugo and deku get worse as time goes on. Just read vigilantes. It has all the charm of My hero with better plotting and focus.
Bump
No just drop it
Deku and bakugo are still the same and if you didnt like them at the start you will continue to not like them
By the time this thread is over you could've read like 25 chapters and have a pretty good idea of its overall quality. Just do it faggot.
God he looks like such a fucking faggot.
>not dropping this after All Might loses his powers
No. It gets constantly worse and the characters have 0 development
He's going to give it to Kacchan and you know it.
Yeah, it's pretty based.
obsessed.
>obsessed
with kacchan
Kek
Based
I couldn't even get through your first sentence without laughing
It's cool, I read it recently. The reason I avoided it before is because Deku pissed me off as a protagonist in theory, but in practice it ain't so bad.
The thing that makes it good despite having your usual chosen one as the MC is that most of the time he's not really there. Other characters get tons of screentime and are pretty based(at least the ones that do get screentime, some side characters were a mistake)
That said, the only two true kino arcs were
>rescuing Eri
>League of Villains vs meta liberation army or whatever they were called
And I guess Endeavor/Todoroki stuff but that's more spread out rather than a single arc.
I'll give you one thing, I still almost dropped it when pic related happened.
Is the second half of season 4 worth watching? The "saving random little girl" arc really bored me, does it get any better?
Last two episodes are.
>"saving random little girl" arc really bored me
you got shit taste though.
Yakuza is shit
what was hori thinking about when he drew this image?
