Gaolang is like Kengans Top 4. Making him lose would be an amazing reality check for Kengan if author is willing to follow through and show others lose (Especially Ohma). If not then it's wack. Do kino and make Kengan lose the entire tournament.

Top 4 of the one's participating is Agito, Raian, Ohma and Gaolang. We've never seen the new Fang fighting to think he's on their level, only the word of Metsudo's son that the new Fang is better than him.

How can you underestimate Wakatsuki? For all we know Ohma might not be able to beat him anymore.

I don't underestimate Waka, but Ohma is stronger than ever with Advance that doesn't kill him anymore, training with the Kure and the Demonsbane. I don't think there's even a single character on the Kengan side of things that didn't evolve during the timeskip.
It's not that I'm underestimating Waka user, I just know that Niko Style is basically black magic.

Ohma should have stayed dead.
Any of the kengan annihilation fighters could have partnered with Raian to save Kazzy.
Bringing Ohma back not only cheapened Omega to a harsh degree, it retroactively made Asura worse.

Actually, if we adjust the ranking due to the rules of the tournament, Waka is top 1 or 2 with Julius because they can manage dish out ring-outs pretty fucking easy.

The reality check would be?

Agito, Raian, Ohma are clearly top 3 in tier above others. 4th place is a toss up between Gaolang, Wakatsuki, Okubo, Julius where they are very close in power and who knows how power ranking changed during timeskip.

We are all aware of this.

Why?

Both outcomes are feasible
1. People are predicting that Carlos will win so sandwich will make him job instead
2. People know that sandwich loves to pull twists so Gaolang will win instead and someone else will bear the L

Sandwich and daro is currently at the position where they have shitloads of options and nothing they do will get criticized by the readers.
At this moment I won't be surprised if they are lurking here to realize meme magic

I doubt a man who can create a character with such concentration of meme energy like El Hombre doesn't lurk here.
