High IQ anons silently gaining on AMPL every night with the rebase while biztards and brainlets chase shitcoins and reeeeeeeeeeeeeee cause of price drops.
This market cycle is going to repeat over and over, but get a bit bigger every time, and you'll only make big money off it if you're smart enough to hold.
It would only be a 75 eth lost if you where a geyser chad like me
Owen Stewart
if it goes on a rip again you lose
Leo Cook
Guys, I can't wrap my head around this but I'm reading more and trying to understand nonetheless. Say I invest 10 ETH today with AMPL at $2.3 right now and then say 2-3 days later it's at $4.6. Do I then get to withdraw 20 ETH by selling said AMPL or what?
Alexander Fisher
no, you would sell like 30 ETH in 2-3 days at 4.6$
Parker Stewart
Oh so a 2x in AMPL's price right now would translate to MORE than 2x the sum of my ETH that I get back? Interesting. I'm not a brainlet. Just started reading about AMPL half an hour ago seeing as it's at the number 1 volume on uniswap.
Adrian Fisher
Yes, you could do that, or you could just hold it and collect on the AMPL rebase every night. The reason it's stealth gains is because it's the first token you don't measure by it's price. It's price is always supposed to be within a certain range, and it's technologically rigged to stay that way. So the market cap grows and you get more and more ampl, but the price doesn't shoot up sky high. It's literal designed to weed out low IQ moonbois while making patient holders rich. You can try to swing it, as the price does go up and down in the short term, but long term as it grows, you just end up getting more and more ampl every night. It takes a lot of getting used to if you're used to fomo'ing or dumping because of price swings. Not for weak hands.
Sebastian Carter
yes, assuming it's go from 2.3 to 4.6 in 3 days, that means if you but 2ETH now then tomorrow you'll have 2.40ETH and the next day 2.9 eth, more or less.
then you could dump those ~3eth at 4.6 like a low iq brainlet, but waiting until it dumps to 1$ would be smarter
Chase Reed
This hurts to think about.
Evan Gomez
"but waiting until it dumps to 1$ would be smarter" - why though? (assuming I only do spot trading). My bad. I know I'm coming off as entitled for an answer.
Matthew Moore
by dumps to $1, do you mean finds it market cap? I don't really think of this as a dump, it's supposed to be $1. People can't wrap their head around this, but if you think about the fact that you're gathering hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of AMPL on the way to $1 really helps it make more sense. The bigger it grows, the more it stabilizes, and the less price volatility you'll see in a market cycle (like what's happened the last two cycles where it shoots up way above target price and then crashes). With a 1bil market cap that's not going to happen nearly as easily, but the price will also be more stable and closer to $1. The longer you wait for it to stabilize, the less gains you make, cause you're joining when the market cap is higher. If you're expecting it to go to $10 then $20 the $30 you're thinking about it all wrong. It's smart contract uses an elastic supply to prevent this, that's how you get your ampl rebase every night.
Hunter Jenkins
it's pretty easy if you ready the red book
>low iq buy at 0.5, sell at 1.5
>mid iq buy at 0.95, sell at 1.05
>high iq buy at 1.05, sell at 3+
>*powergap*
>unlimited iq buy at 1, sell at 1
i've made a shitty graph a week ago, should be pretty clear
I bought at $4 and will compound this shit for the next few months and be a millionaire within 3 months tops. This shit isnt rocket science. And if this hits coinbase anytime soon like what the facts are suggesting, ill be a millionaire in one month. Just put 8 ether in and retire in half a year tops. It really is THAT simple. The compounding nature of the rebase is POWERFUL for all of us early holders.
Nicholas Stewart
So is this thing designed to keep on oscillating back and forth till it, I suppose, settles at $1 in the future. Anyway, I'll read more. Absolutely seething after that Statera hack. I need to recover financially. Thanks for the input guys. I'll read more AMPL threads.
Jayden Roberts
Are these fixed entry and exit points, or just an example? How do gains compare to those who just compound their AMPL by holding?
Aaron Watson
>So is this thing designed to k
made all my Statera losses back on AMPL in 4 days, though I got out of STA just before it dumped from 0.02 to 0.015 so I was lucky that way
Connor James
>How do gains compare to those who just compound their AMPL by holding? buying at 1 and selling at 1 is like holding but only on marketcap expansions.
if this shitcoin really has strong fundamentals, then it's exactly the same as holding, since the marketcap is supposed to be extremely undervalued
Liam Hall
where can i get this indicator user?
Nolan Peterson
Woooah, wait a minute user. I got 10 ETH sitting on the sideline. How the fuck do I maximize those? God I wanna get rid of my damn student loan so very badly.
Josiah Taylor
How do you calculate gains? Like if I have 0.001% of the MC (100M currently) and it goes to 1B is that a 10x gain or is it more bc of the rebase?
Mason Green
Dude, it'f fine if you don't wanna spoon feed but where do I go to further understand this? There telegram, any other source?. That statera hack ruined me badly. I need to recover.
Jackson Gomez
buy now at sell at 1$, don't listen to brainlets. if you don't understand why then read the red book. if you still don't understand why then you'll ngmi
Nathaniel Green
i made it, i can give you access to the chart+alerts for 1 eth, kek
Joseph Collins
Yes, read the redbookon their webpage, and search for their Telegram.
Connor Gutierrez
want to see a comparison of how your price alerts hold up next to just holding and gathering the rebase... not convinced you've timed the market magically
Joshua Baker
this is just literally not correct. there is no "technological lock" that prevents the price from moving outside of a certain range. it could collapse tonight and the rebase would not be able to accommodate the price move and you would be in the negative.
it's not magical, it uses the combination of price and rebases to time entries/exits, instead of only price, so it only works on ampl and on 1h chart.
i could write a quick backtesting script, but it's obvious that my script is better than buy and hold, because it avoid all the periods of negative rebases. during the previous dump it stayed around 0.50 for 10 days, which means holding during that period would've halved your ampl stack
also the script basically confirms what i said before, buy at 1 and sell at 1 during mcap expansion, it's just automatic and i can get email alerts
in any case i will post it on Zig Forums daily
Sebastian Ross
>1h chart. 1d*
Noah Ramirez
are greens exits and reds entries? kinda seems like it user
Charles Edwards
How is it so hard to understand. The rate it is over 1 is normalized to 10 day cycles so sell-offs like this would be rare. The ultimate fomo made it drop whopping -25%( calculating rebase in) after 10x run up. Anyone who bought 2 days ago is still at good profit and new cycle is loading up.
Say price is 2$ you minus the target 1$ and divide by 10
(2-1)/10=1.1 so 10% rebase. For every 1 token you buy now. You will have 1.1 tokens so 100 tokens will be 110 tokens tomorrow.
This is all to return to 1$ EVENTUALLY
It is still in huge demand and the next cycle is loading up.
Last night holders got 1.27 tokens for every 1 token
Then you calculate compund interest and it will be huge amount.
The reason this is huge is not because it is ponzi™ but that it follows only its own rules so it doesnt have inflation like US dollars.
Jack Torres
green are the hold periods, red are them out-of-market periods. as you can see it basically buys/sells at 1$ more or less
Hudson Stewart
so beside speculation for what reason should i hold this magic shit token?
Ian Hernandez
So you're not currently holding because it's less than $3 and you sold if off, and now you're waiting for $1 as an entry point?
Evan James
if you are too dumb to understand its best you dont
Angel Turner
no, i discovered at 2$ on the way up of the latest green area of the chart, and i'm holding since. even if the price is the same, tomorrow i'll have 3x in ampl
Luis Adams
why hold any "shit token"? ... because it has a value proposition. AMPL literally solves the economic problem of inflation and deflation. If you understand this, than you understand why it's worth loading up and holding long term, if not you will continue to speculate on shit tokens
Julian Fisher
yep, i'm enjoying these passive gains... i'm compounding like a BOSS
want the strategy to make it? >buy 1k ampl afew days ago >1 minute after every rebase buy another 500 on the dip
not even a week and i'm up to like 10k AMPL, seirously biz this coin is PAYING YOU to compound & DCA in at dips..
Oh okay... for some reason I thought you were using your indicator to time frequent entries and exits to swing trade often. It's just to let you know about major price movements when it wouldn't be profitable to hold
Mason Cooper
yeah, it's made simply to avoid mcap contraction and ride all the rebases till the end (instead of timing the price peak)
