Reimu is so powerful she literally had to nerf herself just to give the youkai a fair shot... and so she didn't have to stop everyone from killing each other all the time. What is really scary about Reimu is she doesn't even know the name of the god of her shrine meaning she isn't even going at it with full power but just brute force.
