rasengan was always a spammable ability, especially in the case of naruto who had big chakra backing him. Whats bullshit was sasuke and him using chidori a million times in every fight while simultaneously using sharingan/mangenkyou sharingan. Especially since both chidori and sharingan are canonically both super chakra heavy.
