I literally work in a tax office, like the IRS. I will never declare my crypto gains. They dont go around checking everyone's wallets or bank transactions, unless you live in some dictatorship.

Has anyone successfully done this? Lets say i want to cash out 20k per year for living expenses in a third world country. Do these services just deposit the cash loan into my bank account and I can just spend it freely while surrendering my crytpo collateral to them? The majority of the time people are caught out because they either declare an unusually low income for someone/a business in a similar situation, or probably more often they get ratted out by someone with a grudge against them. That sets off the investigation, and if necessary an agent with special authorisation can analyze their bank account. In my jurisdiction at least they dont need a warrant to do that.
