characters development
Nice characters, cool scenes, good mix of suffering and catharsis story-wise, generally OK plots and satisfying endings.
All around good mangos.
The characters are intriguing and the pacing is top notch. That said, the actual narratives are kids movie always a happy ending-tier. Blew through lucifer and biscuithammer in two days or something, but I could barely remember a single thing about it three days after I finished.
His stories don't tend to drag on too long and he does a good job at foreshadowing imo. Stuff like the main character in Biscuit Hammer meeting the guy that died in the dream later on for instance. Or while not foreshadowing him turning a minor villain into the main character in Sengoku Youko. He tells stories interestingly and is good at it too. I can see the criticism of his endings being too happy but I think they're generally good. You don't have to kill off characters or be dark to be good. Spirit Circle's ending felt kind of weird but I liked Biscuit Hammer's and Sengoku Youko's endings. I hope Saihate no Solte continues his high quality storytelling.

how can you forget the most based man in manga history?
for me Biscuit hammer was the least memorable of the three, but Spirit Circle was pure kino. A manga that said "this relatable protagonist and this mwhahaha supervillain? yep basically the same person" then makes a manga convincing you just that.
I can honestly say I don't remember that page nor any of those characters.
Cool, good to know. I certainly enjoyed L&BH as I was reading it, just didn't leave me with much.
>I can honestly say I don't remember that page nor any of those characters.
Yeah, it's from another of his works.
though I feel that I didn't feel as strongly about Biscuit hammer was because of the long years between chapters
What happened to the user that was dumping?
I guess he decided not to?
we got a dump of the trinity mizukami works a couple of months ago, are you talking about that? i think we got to complet the three of them

I remember dropping this when the the MC did a 180 about becoming the girls follower
So near the end? And it's not a 180 anyway. Throughout the entire manga the main character was trying to get over his depression and such. He was becoming connected to the rest of the knights and learning that living was a good thing. It was completely natural character development. Samidare couldn't do that though because she knew that once everything was over she'd go back to being sick and would die, but they convinced her that that wasn't the only way to do things.
>So near the end? A
No at the beginning when he decides to follow her for no reason I could identify
It's at least good to know that he decides to stop trying to destroy the Earth for no reason
Best boy isn't from Biscuit Hammer, silly.
He's a misanthropic loner that just wants to watch the world burn. But his opinions change over the course of the story as he gets close to all the other characters and gets over that thing with his grandpa. Why do you even read manga if you just drop shit at the drop of a hat because something happens that doesn't immediately connect with you?
Update when?
>Why do you even read manga if you just drop shit at the drop of a hat because something happens that doesn't immediately connect with you?
it's a mangas job to grab me within the first few chapters if it doesn't there are literally hundreds of of other manga I could read why would I or you for that matter or read something that doesn't begin to appeal to you until halfway through the story
Can't say I care much about biscuit hammer, but I also read Spirit circle and it's amazing how good and fast you start to care about pretty much all the stories.
I can't really say much about you just not being grabbed but it's pretty much impossible for a manga to explain every single thing about itself in the first chapter. You seemed to not understand why the main character may want to destroy the world while I felt that was pretty decently explained (or at least hinted at) in the beginning and then it's explained even more as the manga went on, as well as having him change as a character to explain his actions at the end. It just strikes me as something that will affect pretty much every manga as most manga aren't going to do massive infodumps right at the beginning (you can see how that worked out with Samurai 8) and that kind of info is going to be doled out as the story goes on.
Creativity, interesting storytelling, and pretty good characters; these are his strengths.
You literally had not learned why, yet, and you dropped it? That was chapter 1. They explain him over the manga. You should have realized it was deliberately a weird decision from the lizard freaking out
i thought he was talking about all of mizukamis works
>s a mangas job to grab me within the first few chapters
he declares that intent in just chapter 1
Typically you're supposed to really give any manga at least a volume
