user, IT IS really her, because after she disappeared her spirit came back to be pure Spirit energy. She never had a human body and that's why she could return to life. The will of the world is like the remnants of Reine in a pure spirit energy state, she gathered all that energy during 1 year to revive Tohka, and when she could finally summon her at the end of the Volume. She meets Shido again and the story ends there. It's never stated that Tohka at the end is a different Tohka.

Not him but that's fucking retarded. If that's the case then death wouldn't be possible as long as you a spirit. If that was the case then fucking Mio would still be alive since she is the very source of all that energy to begin with. If that was the case then Mio could have resurrected Shin the moment she turned him into energy so that means that Shidou should in fact be the same as Shin both spiritually and genetically.
I'm not sure if you have realized but Tachibana only wanted a happy ending for the sake of having one and didn't care about if it would make sense in context or with what was already stablished in the story, not to mention pulling that bullshit in the very last scene of the series without even trying to explain how it works, what the limititations are, etc, makes the ending even more retarded in retrospective.
