Since when did One Piece become "Greta Thunberg tries to save the planet"?
Since when did One Piece become "Greta Thunberg tries to save the planet"?
>they wasted some food
>let's throw 20 years of planning away and fight!
>grrrrr!
>People still read this
It went to shit so long ago. Why do you still bother? Leave the memories alone.
I just want a closure to the lore to be honest
the void century and all that
It's not about the food, it's about Tama
why do people keep saying it's about the food, it's not like Oda's being subtle considering he's fucking showing Tama in the very same scene too
why does Zoro care then?
Because clearly Luffy's mad about it and he doesn't want to look dumb by asking why, so he just goes with Luffy's flow.
Why wouldn't Zoro care about Tama Kizaru?
Zoro was with Luffy for a bunch of his scenes with Tama and gets what he's upset about
makes sense
he forgot his childhood friend, imagine how much he cares for some wano orphan raped by Ace
What killed the hype? Why does it feel like a new chapter only comes out once a month? Why the fuck are they STILL not doing anything to move the plot forward?
we haven't seen Blackbeard since 2018 or so lmao
One Piece didn't change, you did.
Reminder that KnY has more sales than one piece
>RUN PIECE
>run from the gas
>run from the cage
>run run run
fuck the timeskip
>SAVE ME ZOLO-DONO, KIDDO-SAMA
>he [headcanon]
Come on now Spee D.
post proof he cares about Tama other than "they were in the same panel here"
This but he also had his own journey in wano where yasu's poor village welcomed him. He knows how much a bowl of soup is worth in this country.
It vacillates between middling and good. The nadir was FI and PH. I just check back in every two years or so to see what Oda'a cranked out.
It's good enough that I can accept the new stuff as a different comic that finishes the broader story. One Piece as an adventure serial/character drama ended in the late 00s and was replaced by a more plot driven manga where Oda fulfills his marketing obligations, wraps up his kudzu plot bit by bit, and spends his time drawing stuff he thinks looks cool. I can respect that when the first iteration lasted over a decade.
If that was true I wouldn't find joy in old story arcs and realize that content I didn't enjoy would be more enjoyable if it had similar aspects that are now missing. Shit, I can acknowledge my own tastes changed, my feelings about different parts have shifted strongly, but One Piece is absolutely a different kind of manga now. It's an inevitability when it's creeping up on 30 years of publication. Eisner's Spirit had gone sci fi by this point.
>It's an inevitability when it's creeping up on 30 years of publication.
>NOOO YOU MUST SHARE YOUR RESSOURCES
since when is luffy a fucking communist
>since when is luffy a fucking communist
uh did you miss that he's the son of Lenin in one piece
more like reverse lennin

We're only at 23 now, but chances are we're not finishing until 30/31 years. Post timeskip's been very conspicuously good at breaking content up for two/three year merch cycles.
Then pick it up when it’s about to end. You don’t see me reading this bullshit anymore
What is this? Scooby Doo?
