This one of the reasons why so many incidents happens in China (also why a lot of liveleaks video are from that country, because everything is built with the bare minimum of money) and why social credit is a thing. So that people stop jewing out each other and that trust can be established.
China has huge cultural problems regarding cheating and underhandness and onlypeople who didn't research the subject will say otherwise. The fact that they have managed to become a major power despite that is pretty impressive.

I remember hearing some shit about how people in China are really reluctant to help strangers when they get in a medical emergency because the way Chinese law works you can get fucked in the ass for trying to help someone like that if anything goes wrong. So at least in those cases I feel like it's not the Chinese being assholes so much as looking out for other assholes who might try to sue them over some dumb shit. What a weird culture, in any case.
