IMO Goku's gonna handle 7-3. Why? It's very simple. 7-3 can copy as many techniques as he wants but UI is just too much to handle and simply copy just like that. So that's perfect opponent for Goku who HAS TO get some spotlight because the Earth would collapse if Goku didn't hog at least a bit of spotlight.
Vegeta on the other hand has got the perfect technique (which we don't know too much about but we know it's perfect lmao) to handle Moro and get his first, legitimate W in the franchise.
