I think it's impossible that the pregnancy was planned. As I mentioned earlier, neither Yelena nor anyone else in Zeke's camp would have been able to convince Historia to do anything. Anti-natalism is something she'd never agree to. Nor can they blackmail her into doing anything. All she'd have to do is say one word to her MP guards and Zeke's entire jig would be up before they can even begin planting the seeds (like the poisoned wine).
In the hypothetical situation where Historia needed to get pregnant for a plan, Eren would have to be the one to convince her. After chapter 122, I simply cannot imagine Eren forcing Historia to do this, for reasons that should be pretty self explanatory but that I don't mind elaborating on if you insist.
That means Historia's pregnancy wasn't planned, but the result of love or an accident. There are plenty of reasons why I don't think Historia fell in love with the farmer. From a narrative perspective, he is someone who bullied her as a child. She appears to be disgusted by his very presence, preferring wait on the porch and stare into the distance. From a meta perspective, he is a nameless, faceless non-character with one line of dialogue. Considering even Sasha's chef boyfriend got more than this, I simply can't take the farmer seriously as a candidate.
More likely than not, the farmer is a cover for Eren and Historia's relationship. Both from the MPs, and from Zeke's faction once Eren began his genocide. As they have been very close friends since the Uprising arc, and as he is the only person who refuses to sacrifice her as deterrence no matter what, Eren to me is far and away the likeliest candidate to be the father.
This should be obvious but none of what I've said definitively proves Eren is the father. How can I predict for certain something that hasn't even been drawn yet? All I can say is if you put a gun to my head, 95 times out of 100 I'd tell you Eren is the father.

Agreed, the only logical conclusion from your post and what we know canonically about Eren and Historia as characters and about from story is the pregnancy must be a fake one and they use a pillow to modify the belly to cheat everyone with farmer help playing the father role.

Start from the beginning, don't give me your tangled up web. Farmer worked on Historia's farm for a while and she was aware of him. One day a hooded figure shows up, Eren or Yelena, and tells her she is expected to get pregnant for Zeke and Yelena's new secret alliance with Eren and the Yeagerists. She needs to show them she's choosing a partner and approaches the farmer in front of the hooded figure. Now the hooded figure believes she's playing along, what she's really thinking is open to debate. So your chosen possibility of her having farmer around to trick everybody is possible, but Eren doing it with her specifically out of love on accident isn't. Because Eren is the one who was presented with the secret plan where she'd have to get pregnant as one of the conditions, he cannot accidentally fuck her. The only ones who can make love to her out of passion because they're oblivious to the secret plan are farmer, Levi and everyone else besides Eren and the Yeagerists.
