I feel like noticing someone has four balls just from a glance is unrealistic seeing as the average person would just assume it's a big scrotum unless all the balls were clearly defined from outside, which isn't always the case. The shock she shows and that she describes it as 2x2 balls says to me it's two scrotums positioned back to back. A four ball sack would both not be as immediately recognizable or shocking.

He could, but that's exactly why I don't think it'll turn out that way, there's no way Araki would actually write the story in such a way that the others would combat him because it would be tensionless in how easily he defeats them especially if the story goes as I think we all expect it to with Joushuu being revealed to be the true JoJo Lion and Josuke merely being an impostor.

I'm so hopeful that something like this actually happens, Joshuu has the potential to be an amazing character and I'm glad after the whole tension with joubin Araki seems like he'll actually make him relevant to the plot

You have to admit that Araki got a bit carried away with Joshu (صلى الله عليه وسلم). The only conceivable way he could be beaten is if he was flung out of Earth, something like what happened to Kars in part 2. Although I doubt Araki has something like that in mind for him. What seems more likely to me is that he always remains a benevolent presence, lurking in the shadows, ready to kick shit in whenever need be.

So what was the deal with the whole gay bugchasing arc? I keep waiting for the time Gappy went to a gay bar to be railed on by strangers to become relevant to the story but it just seems forgotten.
