If you just want to watch it's a toss-up. Zero assumes you know the plot of F/SN so big plot reveals from F/SN are just sort of there, but it is also standalone, you don't need the context of the rest of the series to get it. However F/SN doesn't have a complete anime adaptation, the DEEN Fate is just bad, UBW has it's own problems and HF isn't finished yet. With the VN adaptations they all have the same problem, the VN is really focused on internal monologues to develop characters, and those are generally cut completely, so without the context of the VN the characters come across as underdeveloped.
Despite all the Fate anime it is and likely always will be a series based around the books and games. If you're willing to sink ~100 hours into reading the VN I'd say do that, if not Zero or UBW are about equal as entry points.

I just watched all the Berserk content twice, I might read the end to that story desu but they just finished the last VN for it so heres to hoping they wrap up that and the rest of the books into 12 episodes to finish the story.

user here already explained everything. It's all just mediocre adaptations that don't do much justice to the source material, only ufotable ones are watchable because of cool fight scenes (and if you only care about those then honestly just watch their other shit like demon slayer idk)
If you really don't give a shit at all and just want something to consoom then just watch prisma Illya and be done with it. If not, read the VN. Everything else is not worth exploring if you haven't read the VN.
Besides, nobody wants any more secondaries polluting the fanbase.
