Use gallery-dl on mangadex to get the manga you want as zip, read it offline.

Mangadex helped me realize that there were other websites that hosted translated manga for free and also loaded instantly.

Literally just Google the title of whatever you're trying to read and, " English" or "English translation" on the end and usually in the first four links there will be another hosting site.

Also I think their servers are in Singapore or something. I've heard that a VPN really helps with the load time.

Don't read older chapters uploaded more than a few weeks ago. Those are always very slow to load. New chapters can load instantly.

I'm in USA and it loads slow as fuck.
