Act-Age anime announcement next week? or are we getting hyped over nothing?
They won't announce the anime with a color page, so yeah, you're getting excited over nothing. The special project is probably some minor shit.
It's not getting a cover so I doubt it. I'm betting on a LN or drama cd.
>Act-age is getting into the final climax! Next Arc, "El Padre: The Movie"
Can't believe that Kei is a two timer.
Does Zig Forums goes with whatever popular studio they know of? Imaishi's flcl esque animation wouldnt work for CSM ffs.
Chainsawman would surely do well with shaft style directing, with means david pro. Besides, fire force looks really good. Latest chapter really needs some of fire force flame animation.
toei for chainsaw man
the last "important announcement" we got was literally just LINE stickers. They won't announce an anime without the series getting the cover too
Pachinko. You heard it here first.
He, the meltdown with an announcement like that would be amazing.
Don't believe your own lies, Akira.
The only hope to cling on to is that Corona fucked over the cover/colour pages somehow
>Does Zig Forums goes with whatever popular studio they know of?
I just go with the worst case scenario desu
It's just Kei's childhood friend, Yuuji. Remember when they watched all those movies together after her mom died?
but how can she be friends with Yuji after he did so many horrible things?
How would Zig Forums react to Orange Man?
>Mappa Kaisen
Worst timeliness. Only thing worse would be Chainsaw Man being CGI shit and act-age being adapted by DEEN
People also say that The Promised Neverland isn't going to end on the issue where it gets cover and LCP, but it very likely is.
Yonagi Kei is a HUSSY
Well, that would be funny as fuck just to see people explode over fucking TPN of all series getting the fucking KOCHIKAME treatment, but I don't see it.
Realistically act age has gotta be kyoanis return, it has to be something with more wide appeal than their regular moeshit because the worlds eyes are going to be on it.
They really give too many CPs to TPN. To be fair Posuka is much better at them than actual comic books
Realistically Kyoani's return will be yet another adaptation of one of their in-house LN publications, because it's a safe way to secure a success when you get all the profits.
Probably one of the best studios it could get, honestly.
Posuka's color pages are fantastic but that's not really what this is about. Also, meant slam dunk* treatment, not kochikame (since kochikame also had full color final chapter along with cover and LCP).
Neverland is a strong seller but overall it's not that important of a series in the landscape of WSJ so I don't see it happening, I'm not saying it's impossible it's just that it would be really random and kind of disrespectful to put TPN on that pedestal that so few series got. That said though I would laugh my ass off if it actually happened, not gonna lie.
I'm saying there's a chance because this is the final arc, this week's chapter ends with the characters achieving their series-long goal, the end of the chapter in the magazine states that next week is the climax and next chapter will fill out a volume. Maybe the unplanned break they had to take due to coronavirus really did mess up the schedule and TPN was meant to get its cover earlier but now this is literally their last chance, which screwed with the Act-age announcement in turn. It's not impossible.
It's not impossible, it just seems like a lot of unnecessary stuff. TPN's break was known since the beginning of april and issue #26 comes out at the beginning of june, almost a 2months gap, not that sudden. Plenty of time to reschedule in a way that makes more sense.
TPN also doesn't have an "extended pages" announcement for its next chapter which is very common for final chapters, and the "filling out a volume" part is not that important because 10 chapters volumes are not uncommon; just to make some examples, TPN volume 16 and act-age volume 11 have 10 chapters instead of 9. It's not a big deal. Personally I think you're thinking too hard about this.
