Why is the artist so good at drawing monsters but so unimaginative at drawing humans? Skeleton unicorn was drawn greatly, but I can't recall a single good human design from this series, everyone are so fucking bland.

Griffindor was for brave and hot-blooded kids, Slytherin was for cunning and proud kids, Ravenclaw was for smart kids, Hufflepuff was for the rest aka everyone with no exceptional qualities.
But the thing is - Hogwarts was a single magic school in the entire Britain (and I assume it covers Ireland too). Literally every single wizard kid from these countries go there regardless of their abilities. But Mashle's school is one of many magic institutions, and one of high caliber. Kids who are only suitable for Hufflepuff won't be accepted here to begin with (have you seen those entrance tests?) It's actually really smart of the author to remove what is essentially a "commoner house" from the Elite school.
