How do the same people who hate Sakura possibly like Orihime?

Sakura is one of the most realistic depictions of a real woman in anime ever.

But naruto was right here. The uchiha clan wasnt shit. They all got massacred by a teenage boy.

There is no sign of Sakura developing or regretting her words or changing her egotistical outlook. Meanwhile Naruto unconditionally forgives his worst enemies.

Orihime never openly made fun of the living condition of her classmates in order for Ichigo to like her. She wasn’t a bitter teen like Sakura. Shippuden Sakura is almost a complete different character (and she’s still pretty shitty tho).

When you think about it, that probably would've made her more likeable. An evil sociopathic cunt who does all kinds of cruel and crazy shit in order to get into Ichigo's pants.

Orihime was nice to everyone. Sakura was only nice to the guy she wanted the dick from and openly hostile to anyone trying to get to her crush.

Orihime looks prettier. Imagine if Deku from MHA looked like Ichigo, he would get way less flak.

Because Orihime is actually useful, has a friendly personality, and has a great body. Comparing her to Sakura is like apples and oranges.

Sakura was painfully average across the board. Her abilities were decent at best. Whether it was ninjutsu / taijutsu / genjutsu, she just didn't have an edge in any category or role. Naruto and Sasuke got powercreeped as fuck and left poor Sakura behind.
Personality: Brash and confrontational. Kinda masculine.
Titty size: Sorely lacking.

Meanwhile Orihime was a minmaxed character that specialized in healing and defense. No offensive capabilities, but she was the best character for support roles. Her god tier healing helped saved the lives of Ichigo and friends whenever they were critically injured.
Personality: Childish and naive. Very feminine.
Titty size: Big oppai.

Her ability is OP though cause it's causality reversal but it's limit by her reiatsu and conviction/confidence
seeing how she isn't conflict driven but wants to heal/protect people it would make sense that her powers are centered around defense/healing.
