I am more or less ok with the rest of the cast but she downgrades Thorfinns dedication and goes: "Yeah, you won't kill anyone anymore, not because of your character development but because now I will kill you if you do."

I don´t like her character either, but before the timeskip there was a point in her character, her relantionship with thorfinn was pretty much the same he had with askleadd, Thorfinn could have killed askleadd in his sleep, but he wanted the fair duel his father never had, she wants to kill thorfinn, but only in the way she thinks will satisfy her.

It´s just that at this point in the story, everything so far has made very clear that Thorfinn would rather die and let everyone else die for his dream than budge a little his conviction, it´s just dragging, Thorfinn discourse in the latest chapter wasn´t even anything new to upset her, it´s just the same shit over and over.

She ruined the series for me. I stopped reading the manga in a long time ago.

Nah, the moralfag pussy part is ok if that what the series want to be, there´s already enough fighting shonen for you sugoi for.

The issue is that the series didn´t actually solve most of the issues with diplomacy, just with passive violence or even punching very hard.
