One Piece has influenced every popular shounen that came after in one way or another, you'd have to be blind not to see it, actually it influenced stuff that was running concurrently just so they could keep up, including both naruto and HxH. HxH has also had a lot of influence. Neither of them compare to the influence of dragon ball though.

YYH was pretty consistant with the gags even during the heaviest parts of the manga. Bleach follows the tone of kenshin a lot more, where things just get more serious overall as the plot develops.
