Pretty much anywhere, the city isn't exactly stable with widespread poverty and crime and we don't know how most of the city functions or the nuanced problems that come up. There's also the bigger picture of global/regional politics and Beastman/Human relations. Alan isn't the only "purebred" either, so there's room for more exploration there.
