Koreans pretty good with action and magic system, but the characters and pacing usually fall flat. Eg. Breaker, ToG, and Dr Stone.

Chinese is shit overall, even though you always could find diamonds between all that heap of filths. Unlikable characters (including MC), flat action, boring drama, and the writing often feels like the author's personal preaching about his own world view.
