Sasuke's dad absolutely should have been revived to have a final goodbye with Sasuke and depart on good terms with some closure. Jiraya too. I wanted Jiraya to be revived so god damn badly so Naruto could say goodbye to him and Jiraya could see the man Naruto became with everyone loving him.

His Oni-san was tensei'd, he never cared about his father because his father favored Itachi. He got to have a final goodbye with his favored oniichan and was stil a little bitch

user, if you only consider characters who never treated Naruto like trash, neglected him or tried to murder him at one point or another, you end up with an extremely short fucking list. Even Hinata, who had a crush on him, completely failed to approach him even once in school despite seeing how desperately lonely he was. Naruto has to take what he can get. If he held grudges, he'd be a school shooter by now.
