This would have been a great idea. Being purely episodic would have been much better, as it would allow the creators to display their creativity with the world. But, unfortunately, it became another ham-fisted social commentary piece.

I hate it when shows try to convey a message but uses cartoonish and uncoherent characters.
Also said message seems to fly as high as the other "racist is bad" shit.

I have this hunch that Trigger might not be great at plotting. Crazy talk, I know.

Have to agree. Trigger has a bad habit of overcomplicating things and not delivering. Just let things be simple and fun, there's no shame in it. It beats being lackluster with your execution of ideas
