But part 5 is the most filler of the parts though. Literally nothing happens that comes up again in part 6. All part 5 established was that Diavolo found the stand arrows and sold them to Enya and that stands are due to bacteria from outer space.

Why are 50% of the jojo threads on this board just complaining about part 4? I mean, it's my least favorite but I still don't get how so many people can spend so much time whining about it.
VA honestly felt like a spin-off. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but it really didn't have anything to do with the main storyline. Like fan fiction, really, with Giorno being Dio's son and having the greatest and most powerfullest stand of them all and everything.

I found him to be one of the better villains in the show, Part 4 isn't even in my top 3.

Araki doesn't wanna make every villain more powerful than the other, he tries to make them as different from each other as possible, thats why in jojo the main villains are: a vampire, an aztec god (at least i think hes an aztec god idk kars is the worst villain), a serial killer, a mafia boss, a priest, the us president and now for part 8 most likely an old ass doctor
