I agree with you, Musashi is fantastic. With that said, I think is a question of mentality. Memetobe doesn't believe the other fighters stand a chance because Musashi is not a fighter, but a warrior. Memetobe is also a warrior and he believes he is the only one that can stop Musashi.
With Pickle, I think they solved the problem of his diet by finding the rest of a T-rex. He only ate the leg of Retsu and left the arm of Katsumi intact because he respected him that much.

I love the way his character is written and drawn. He's completely detached from everything around him and similarly, he never seems to react to anything in combat. It really sells him as this inhuman threat while also making him very distinct from the (hyper-expressive and emotional) Yuujiro,

Musashi is the antithesis of the fighters in Baki. He is strong, he is a monster, he's cocky and he is also greedy, loves to play dirty and doesn't believe in purity. The man represents a different fighting mentality and a different era.
Part of why I like him is because how much a prick he is and how much he enjoys it. He is a man of war playing with everyone, the world of the future is his playground. The way he shattered his mythical aspect by saying Kojiro was just a random dude he killed, was also incredible.

To be honest Doppo it's a well loved character and Itakagi always delivers with him, same as it was with Gouki. For me the Summos are a hard asspull, in the sence that they where already introduced in Grappler and weren't never that impressive, honestly i could have loved seeing the comeback of the convicts from Tokio Revenge. Even so, he set a high bar with the Shibu and Doppo fight, but i'm not much invested as curious. We'll se

I think the same. Musashi would have killed Ogre, not because he is malicious but because he comes from a whole different era. Killing was the way to end a fight, and he acted accordingly.
Besides that he was a culrured and refined man, knew etiquete and even an artist, it's quite the complex character. The way Baki won over him was mainly because Musashi was satisfaying his curiosity, nothing more. And in a way it was the best way to get rid off him without transforming the arc in a splater fest, a little bit underwhelming but understandable.

That's a pretty great to express the conclusion of Musashi Dou. I would also mention that's related to the conflict of boredom vs fun.
