BNA had some good backing music with synthesizers and a good beat and stuff for a few scenes, but the main songs are so bad, it devalues the whole soundtrack. And how they included the ED into the episodes was just equally lame.
Compare this to Mako's light your heart up situation, which was amazing, and you'll understand. BNA is a mess. A mess with lovely colors.

It's not even so much that the ED sucks, it does, on it's own it's acceptable, I guess. It's much more
this which totally ruined it for me. The use of the ED was terribly forced and dumb. Top it with that smuggness about it and there you have it.
Plenty out there. Some of the most effective are Mado's Magia, TTGL's Mina no peace, or bake's kimi no shalalala. But that sets the bar way too high. A simple comfy ED can work wonders too, e.g. Konosuba, or Flip Flappers. All great stuff.

Another thing that ticked me off was Alan's super lame evil baddy theme. Just reminded me of how awesome Blumenkranz (or the whole use of theme songs in general) was in KLK. This one here fell so fucking flat, it hurt.

It's a nicely produced utter trash pop song that made for a mediocre/acceptable ED, but by its use during the show even grew more shitty, because context matters.
