I just finished Aizen vs Ichigo.
Why didn't Aizen ever use his illusion bullshit against Ichigo?

Meep meep
i know you have to look at him use the ability for it to take effect and ichigo never did, but couldn't he have just done it randomly while in front of him?
Ichigo was too inferior for Aizen to even bother hypnotizing him, by the time they met again Aizen has ascended.
It's kinda obvious when you're activating your Shikai, and Ichigo(knowing what Aizen's power does) could just close his eyes when it happened.
That's why Aizen showed off his Shikai in front of all the Captains and Lieutenants years before the story starts.
I love Orihime, who is my wife, so much.
This. It's bad writing but that's quite literally why. Aizen's ego inflated to the point where he just stopped bothering with his zanpakutou. He refused to believe that Ichigo had actually become a threat right until he got blasted by the Mugetsu.
Plot-induced stupidity. It was required for Ichigo to win.
Average Kubo plot
>New arc
>Introduce a gorillion characters
>Let them curbstorm an established character to show case how strong they are
>Randomly kill some newly introduced characters off because why not
>Introduce two more gorillion characters
>Keep the ones that are popular with fan
>Shit it is end of the arc already
>Cliff hanger and off scene defeat lol
>New arc
>it makes perfect sense but it's bad writing
Kubo is a bigger hack than Mashima was when he wrote FT and unlike Mashima, Kubo isn't self aware enough to openly admit to winging everything week by week or make jokes about his characters being immortal
>everyone shitting on the speedreader
>but also everyone is wrong
Yes Aizen was full of himself but that wasnt really the reason, the orb thing that was powering him up started to fuse with him and made his Zanpakuto disappear/disintegrate. His reaction to his main weapon gone was something among the lines of "oh, look, I dont even need this shit to fuck everything up, way past that". He was never in control of it, its the same reason he lost, the orb declared him a jobber in middle of Ichigos fight and abandoned him.
No, you are just a retard
>the orb thing that was powering him up started to fuse with him and made his Zanpakuto disappear/disintegrate.
That was after he got hit by FGT
It was fun pretending while this shit was running. However the joke is old and tired as fuck now, only retard and casuals keep acting like there is some layer of DEEP in this
The orb just granted his wish to lose. And he did absorb his sword as we saw him use kyouka suigetsu later on on Ywach.
Ok retard
Back to naruto and DBS thread you go

Retard
So ichigo can sucker Punch yawha bach and end their bloody mess of manga
Because then you wouldn't have all his DBZ forms showcased and would be a boring HxH text dump fight about how his illusion works and how Ichigo is using 10D chess to overcome it.
Better question, why didn't Gin kill Aizen in Hueco Mundo before he fused with the Hogyoku
Since when were you under the illusion Aizen did not use his illusion?
DID ORIHIME ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING TO THE HOGYOKU?
Releasing your shikai is not instant and Ichigo was warned, it wouldn't work on him unless he massively let his guard down but if that was the case Aizen would have 1 shot him anyway.
Because it was the only way how Ichigo could've won. The final arc's bad guy has an even more hax power and is beaten in the same way.
>DID ORIHIME ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING
kek
Ichigo was Aizen's project as revealed in Everything but the Rain flashback. Aizen wanted him to evolve and defeat him at his best. That's why he didn't use Kyouka Suigetsu. Ichigo was the culmination of Shinigami, Quincy and hollow. Aizen wanted to surpass every other being in existence and what better way than to defeat a Shinigami/ Quincy/ Hollow hybrid at his best. Retards as usual want everything spoonfeded to them and when it isn't it's shit writing.
Because Aizen was always more powerful than Gin and he needed to wait for the most unexpected moment to backstab him.
Everyone jobbed to Yhwach.
Because it was explained that while Aizen was an arrogant bastard he never lowered his guard?
It was also explained that Gin would lose in a direct fight and that the only moment where he could, theorically, beat him was before the fusion finished and Aizen's guard were low enough thanks to the Hogyoku's power boosting his arrogance.
