UBW couldn't even sell as well as Zero. Look at reviews and opinions online, and you'll find them supporting the idea that HF>F/Z>>UBW too. All that matters when it comes to measuring popularity is the amount of units sold. If Ufotable could have charged more for HF, that's too bad for them, but it's completely irrelevant to everyone else.
