Shitposting aside, assuming Miko doesn't let go of her feelings and does try to steal him away, how could she realistically have a chance at this point in the story? For one she would have to change her attitude around him and maybe even her appeance if she wants him to even notice her.

Since exams are coming up and she already has an excuse to be concerned about his grades, I could see her offering to help him study in order to secure more alone time between them, seeing as she no longer has the cast as an impetus. She could even frame it as an apology for her earlier behavior. If she does something different with her hair and starts wearing perfume(both things he's paid attention to) maybe she could even fish another compliment out of him. Seems like a reasonable starting point.

Just like chapter 191's end note implies that Tsubame still isn't sure about her kind of "love" for Ishigami (and that's why she calls Ootomo), despite the fact that Tsubame already made up her mind and it's obvious that she's in love with him.

I doubt she would try to steal him away. She berated Yu for potentially hurting Tsubame after he declined the pity sex. Miko would have to go off the rails to cause harm to Tsubame by her own hand. Miko still can't even acknowledge that she fell in love with Yu even though they are often at odds.

JB's translator literally mistranslated it. The original text is "The cause of the fear and suffering she seeks to dispel, after a bit--". However, that wasn't a complete enough sentence for the translator's taste and they thought it "doesn't flow well in English", so he added "will become clear" to suit his tastes and because that's what he thought the point was. That's how JB translates.
