Itachi's main flaw is that he tried maintaining the village from afar with zero help and also in the role of a antagonist. This made him do so much backflip reasoning that he actually thought torturing Kakashi into a coma and traumatizing Sasuke were good choices. He had Shisui's eye but did the weirdest thing imaginable with it, hide it in a crow inside Naruto instead of just turning Kisame into an ally of the leaf village or giving the eye directly to Naruto.

Sakura was a well written character because she's commentary on how fucking awful 3D women are, and her relationship with Naruto throughout the series demonstrates that.
She is basically useless in all practical manners yet thinks highly of herself, particularly early in the series. She is driven solely by attention seeking and Sasuke's is the ultimate prize because he denies her it, while Naruto's attention isnt worth enough because its readily available and he's of low status in the village. Multiple characters literally comment on how shitty she is all the time to Naruto but she has zero introspection until way, WAY later into the series after Naruto is an accomplished ninja and his status is high enough for her. This of course, amounts to nothing at all given the fact that she has a child with Sasuke as he achieves the ultimate form of deadbeat dad in Boruto.
The truth is anons, you will encounter 1000s of Sakura's in real life. Basic women with egos the size of the moon or her fat fucking forehead. You arent however going to find a cute, affectionate girl who secretly liked the unpopular boy when nobody else did. Those anons that do are the lucky few, for most of us a Hinata doesnt fucking exist. She's pure imagination and completely unrealistic.
You hate Sakura because she's a 3D woman. By far the most accurate portrayal of one in the series and probably well above most media.
