Yes. I do have a lot invested around $15-16k I believe but yeah it’s absolutely insane and I don’t understand why everyone isn’t in on this. Eventually the price will get closer to $1 and these returns won’t be possible but we still have a lot of time before the MC stabilizes I feel. Once I finally realized the compounding potential I immediately 5x’d my initial stack, good plays in crypto come around all the time but this is unlike anything else I’ve ever seen and a whole different level for the time being

he is getting this return because rebase happens > pump after to previous market target, increasing the supply and the market cap at the same time, consequently the user gains the % rebase, but the coin maintains the same price
and since whales are the ones gaining most providing liquidity, this is going to keep increasing mc every rebase
of course it will get some resistance at higher mc like 1b, and will backlash if it pumps too crazy like it did few days ago, because that's how it is supposed to work

Because you're not understanding it correctly. Rebasing doesn't make you money. I'm not sure why anyone is saying they are making money from it. When the rebase happens, the price drops automatically on Uniswap, in direct proportion to how much was added to the Uniswap liquidity pool. So today for example, a 6% rebase automatically dropped the price about 10 cents. You would have more Amples, but they would be worth the same as the lesser amount you had right before the rebase. Now that this has been explained, there is no passive income occurring here. The market cap is increasing daily because of the incentives being offered to liquidity providers, which is injecting money and subsequently increasing the market cap. When the market cap rises, the value of your Amples ultimately rises. That's just basic logic. Over time, if Ampleforth is successful, and reaches a market cap in the billions while stabilizing around $1, most will have 10x-100x the amount of Amples in their wallet, just by holding. The rebase adjusts the supply of coins to meet market demand. That is the whole point of this thing. So anyone holding this is going to benefit from "expansion" which is when supply increases. People buying AMPL and utilizing it, will result in expansion, market cap increasing, your investment growing in value. It's really not that complicated.
