Neji isn't skilled at using ranged weapons so he would lose. Deidara could just stay in the air and launch nukes at him and he wouldn't be able to do anything.

Puppets don't have charka points so he would also lose to Sasori. He could simply destroy them like Sakura did, but he'd get overwhelmed quickly without grannies help.

Hidan wasn’t even human, the guy didn’t got affected by elemental jutsu (Kakuzu’s fire didn’t even burn his skin). I doubt the dude has chakra points.

Tenseigan isn't the MS version of the Byakugan, it's the Rinnegan version and MS is still arguably just as strong as the Tenseigan

Yes Hashirama wasn't supposed to be strong in part 1, but at the time of Kakuzus appearance, Hashirama already was planned to be the strongest. Tobi = Madara = final boss = strong = Hashiramas rival
