HA will never be animated, it was one big joke story like that KT thing from Tsukihime. There's a reason Bazett never took off as a character til they decided to put her in Prisma IIiya and even then she disappeared pretty fast after her debut even LLuvia has those case files shit to her name, Bazett has nothing

Do you adapt all 4 waterpark visits? Do you adapt/cut the kid Gil parts? Adapt/cut the Love Detective part? Do you adapt/cut the Shinji parts? The maid cafe?
There is SO much that is necessary to some, but worthless to others that there is almost no way a studio can adapt it without pissing off the fanbase of that cut character's content.

Many of the SoL parts weren't even written by nasu, it's all over the place and not suited to an adaptation.

it's really hard to adapt, 70% is fanservice in which you see almost all of the cast having happy moments and the inevitable cuts would cause a lot of uproar in the fanbase as this user said maybe you could just put the "plot relevant" parts of the story but that would miss the point of the entire game
