Am I the only one who likes Kagome? One way to these threads and I don’t see why everyone hates on her. Personally I think she deserves better than Inuyasha, he treated her like shit and would have rather had a dead woman who tries to kill him multiple times take him to hell than a high school qt who genuinely took care of him without being asked. She cared for the whole team when they needed it too, and I get that it was plot relevance but still she singlehandedly kept the whole team together. The story wouldn’t have even happened if not for her, I get she’s a bit of a self insert for the girls but so was Usagi. I am genuinely curious though, why is Kagome hated?

Inuyasha and Kagome deserve each other because both were pretty terrible when it came to romance. Kagome herself isn't a bad person, but she comes off as annoying sometimes and I don't like when she mistreats Inuyasha for the sake of the comedy. I don't really hate her.

To be fair, Sumizawa was involved in the last arc and the movies and I don't remember them having that much love triangle drama.

You know what i actually fear is that they are rehashing the Big Dog Daddy's beyond the grave super trolling with Sesshomaru. Like Sess is also gonna troll his daughters so hard that they get more powerful, get character development and want to fuck humans.
Overall, i'm not feeling too good about this continuation. Sess and Inuyasha could also be alive but they have to sideline them in some way for the sake of the daughters to stand out as the main characters. Thats not too bad if they are alive. But I worry that when they or if they show up eventually it will be something really underwhelming or worse, pull some Legend of Korra bullshit and use the Brothers and their wives others as a way wring out some daddy/mommy issues based drama with the daughters.
Anyone else having some worries about this continuation?
