Maybe not, but she's the cutest either way.
For Mutsumi, or maybe because it's neither terrible nor good, it's just entertaining enough.

I wouldn't call that "in love". He'd take any female interaction he can get. But yeah it's not a strong chapter to spend so many pages of some literally literal who whining. We don't need that much info. He's not even useful enough to have upskirts or locker room shots for fan service.

I think I'm in love with Mutsumi

I've been steadily reading it week by week. It's not exceptional, but the art is competent, the gags are inoffensive, the light sprinkling of plot and action makes it pretty light to keep up with. I actually enjoy the action bits more than the gags generally, feels pretty nostalgic.

Also why is everyone in love with Mutsumi or/and Taiyo? It's like the 6th character already, it's really annoying and borderline Mary Sue territory.
