Inuyasha

Ranma 1/2 is her peak.

Mermaid Saga. Has the early Inuyasha feel but ends prematurely before it can get drawn out.

I’ve never read Rinne, is it worth picking up? How does it compare to her previous works?

Urusei Yatsura is one of the most influential manga of all time, that being said I like Ranma better.

Maison Ikkoku

i've heard it's pretty lame, lacks the same comedy she is known for apparently.

It's not her best, but I really like Mao so far

Based

I am just going off the anime adaptions
Maison Ikkoku - 10/10
Urusei Yatsura - 9/10
Ranma1/2 - 8/10
Inuyasha - 7/10

Ranma > MAO >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the rest

Lum and Mermaid Saga.

Ranma
I liked it but stopped halfway through. I think the comedy was pretty funny.
Male MC can only use his powers by using money (renting weapons from heaven or something). But he is perpetually broke so he constantly has to ask for money from the female MC, which is a funny setup in itself.
Later on its revealed that his dad is super rich and a complete asshole, which was also amusing.

Not really worth it.
>kagome without any personality
>Inuyasha without any personality
>urusei yatsura without the freeform comedy

Should've given the story some trajectory and romantic development. This doesn't happen. It's stagnant. Every time you think something is about to happen, it doesn't. The story can't decide if it wants to be episodic or coherent.

This. Based MC and interesting female MC.

inuyasha

translations are so damned slow

Damn, looks like I will just re-read Ranma then.

I liked it too. It had a nice balance of dark and comedic moments.

Here's how old I was for each series!

Urusei Yatsura: Not born yet!
Maison Ikkoku: Not born yet!
Ranma: 1 month old to age 8!
Inuyasha: 9 to 20!
Rinne: 21 to 30!
MAO: 31 to late 30s/early 40s probably

Does Zig Forums have similar scores?

Bump

This

There's no question it's between Ranma and Inu Yasha.

I enjoyed Ranma much more growing up, but Inu Yasha is probably a cooler setting and story.

Of course the superior Rumiko is Rinne.

Based

>mousse with vagina
Këk

man of culture

maison ikkoku

Rinne and Sakura are better than Kagome or Inuyasha. The rest of the manga is derivative of her other works but the MCs carry it hard

this

Ranma by far.
