Who did it right? Who did it wrong?

Groundhog day.

Groundhog Day is fucking gay.

all garbage

Re:zero is so fucking bad at this, it's kind of hilarious.

Eva does it wrong I have an idea of what it might be and it's fujoshit pandering. Madoka Magica does it right when you watch Rebellion and see what it does to Homura's sanity you can't handle that shit and come out unscathed.

>Who did it right?
literally none of those
>Who did it wrong?
all of those

Haruhi, but definitely not in endless eight, because fuck Shaft.

Other than that, I'm drawing blanks......so.....Gozensosama Banbanzai, because fuck yes.

tatami galaxy

YuruYuri. We are in an endless recursion of yurus.

All You Zombies adapted by KyoAni when?

Holy shit how could I forget that one?

>because fuck shaft
explain?

Re:Zero was garbage but still a billion times better than Steins Gate. Evangelion is yet to be confirmed so I say it's done right enough.

What does Shaft have to do with the Endless Eight?

Steins;Gate and Haruhi

You better believe that if KyoAnus is still publishing, the K-Ons, Stars, Frees, and Euphoniums are coming back as "All Those Zombies".

>watchmen knockoff
This one is new to me. And fucking stupid, but I'm still interested.

The movies are a time loop?

Steins;gate is still the only good story with time travel as the central concept

Watching the endless eight with Zig Forums was incredible desu

Toki!

Higurashi is literally the best story EVER WRITTEN about that and you don't include it here? Well, there may be some western story I don't know that could be better than Higurashi, but at the very least I can swear by my soul that nk anime did it better than it. Well, at the very least they didn't tell a better story than what Higurashi had to offer using the time thingy even if the mechanics were irrelevant.

I have yet to watch it, but is on my list user

How do you balance time travel?

In what regard?

Eva has no timelooping it's one timeline that repeats events in a consistently degrading world

>Who did it right?
Buddy Complex and Island
>Who did it wrong?
The rest

Wasn't it more about parallel universes than time travel?

>with time travel as the central concept
See. And that's the problem. Time travel shouldn't be used as the main gimmick of a show. Granted, Steins:gate is not as bad as re:zero, but still.

Madoka did it absolutely best and had the most impact, storytelling-wise.
