Berserk is not worth your time if you go in expecting some well thought out and smart writing.

where do you read it? ,bastard it like the leprechaunt of manga i dont seem to find any good resolution scans anywhere, the best i could find are broken chapters with pixels the size of my fingers

Arlong Park is easily the best artc. After that it all goes to shit, with the exception of Sabaody.

Kingdom is one I can recommend as well, there is some slog in a few of the arcs but overall its very good.

Arlong Park is great but so is water 7, alabasta, impel down etc.

All of them except for conan are great and are required reading if you're into their genre but of course being so long they have their ups and downs.
Berserk is the shortest and its downs are only at the end so you'd be okay with dropping it by that point.
Ippo is pretty great up until around chapter 900 where it gets shitty superpower fights with no bearing on grounded boxing but from around 1200 onwards it gets good again though the quality currently up in the air cause it all depends on the payoff for the previous arcs and whether the author is going to be a hack about it or take it to really great places.
One piece is good up until the timeskip where it shits the bed its gotten better since then but its never reached the same highs so you could just drop it at that point.

I'll admit I haven't given Conan a fair shake its good but I found it getting stale and boring after 300 chapters and dropped it unless there's some sort of mixup that I'm not aware of that keeps it from being boring I can't recommend it

Children’s battle manga do this so their fans can repeat/chant shit irl, the sort of imprint their brand in the children’s viewers brain. It’s just stupid in context of the show, like an audible telegraph.
