Haven't really watched the anime but I heard they changed up some things so it looks like he's interested in her in the anime.

what was it like in the manga?

No.

If you are an incel then yes, if you ever had sex then no.

So for (You) it's a yes then

Yes.

No because he got reunited with his waifu even if she didn't met him in that timeline

Yes, they meant for each other on childhood they must be together forever

go back redditors

this

He's not real. So no

ETERNALLY BTFO

>he can't be with the girl he saved from domestic abuse and getting murdered as a kid because he "had the mind of an adult" so he would be a pedo!!
>"got reunited with his waifu" who was 17 while he was in the body of a 30 year old - that's totally fine

>what is fiction

lolno

Not him, but, while she is the one that he sees after the accident with the truck (and remembers that everything went to shit after she died), the person that was actually important to him was his friend, Hiromi, who was also killed. IIRC, they omitted this from the anime, making it feel as if she was the only person he was interested in saving, whilst he was the one he regretted the most, to the point he initially forgot his name.

Who cares about that old hag when he's got some prime highschooler pussy?

(You) did.

So you now playing pedo card?

There's no reason to get mad at this ending.

Displaying how roasties really act is important. This idea that roasties care about men or the things we do for them is an old, dying trope. The world needs to stop perpetuating this myth that women like heroics and chivalry.

You are not a woman's savior. You are a means to an end. That's it. Come to terms with it already, swallow the blackpill.

>they omitted this from the anime, making it feel as if she was the only person he was interested in saving
That's good to know. I thought it was a bit weird he didn't seem to care as much about saving one of his own friends.

B-But she should have waited for him

100%

Yeah, it was. Hell, I just rewatched the first episode to confirm and they even changed it to make it as if she was the one he wanted to save.
>i could have saved her!
No mention about Hiromi at all.
Pretty shitty bait from the director.

she WAS the one he wanted to save. you shut your mouth

If they were going to make that kind of a change, should have pushed to go even more anime original and have him end up with Kayo in the end and cut out the pizza girl entirely.

agreed. what was the point of the pizza girl? there was absolutely no character development. all we learned about her in the anime was
>heh she lyks trusting ppl!! xd
>father got divorced over a chocolate bar

Yeah, this is what puzzled me the most. They were already going for a shitty anime-original ending, so why wouldn't they change that? They already made her to be as if she was more important than one of his childhood friends.
Not that I really mind that he ended up with pizza. The only thing that bothered me was that they changed it so much towards the end. The manga's end was already on sight, why not ask the author for input?

Maybe her husband shares his wive with him.
