Too much work for too little profit and the housing market is gonna die within the decade

>Too much work for too little profit and the housing market is gonna die within the decade

So because the market is going to die in 5-10 years means it's not profitable to invest in it now? The fuck you smoking?

my mom flips houses and she makes a killing. Crypto's been treating me right though, so i feel no need as of right now. But good on you brother, get that money.

Houses gon crash jesus christ why didn't you wait for the corona after effects

I’m never buying a flipped house

I can make that much profit in 24 hours flipping a shitcoin

Won't crash anytime soon, the market in my area is low on inventory/huge demand. Plus I have enough rentals in my portfolio with paying renters as well as enough operating capital to buy like a madlad as soon as it does crash.

Alright man good on you.
Prices here in my neck of Europe are already starting to fall.

Yeah you can, but it's never a for sure thing, turning a almost 25% return on your investment in 45 days is still solid, and more stable than memecoins

My back is shit so I can't do much manual labour and I was never taught how to do any proper maintenance work. Labour is extremely expensive where I live and you cannot do the American mortgage tricks either so it's a no go.

Then now is the best time to snatch up as many of those properties as possible. Put the bare minimum into them so they can be rented, and when the market rebounds sell them.

I sub-contract 90% of my labor out. I have a broken L5 myself man.

High demand because of people like you buying real estate as investments and not to live in lmao

Why can't the final home owner so these renovations and save $75k?

What value are you adding as a middleman.

They aren't adding any value. Many families want to buy these homes but get outbid by parasite flippers. Just admit you are a jew.

I do it because homeowners are fucking sheep consumers that can't do for themselves and would rather pay a premium to have a home thats already "modern". Am I literally polishing turds and selling them as gold? Yes. Will the masses still buy it? Yes. Do I honestly give a shit how butthurt you are over it? No. I make my money, I live comfortably, if you think that taking a moral high ground is going to get you anywhere in the future financially, you're sorely mistaken.

Tl;Dr? Fuck morals, make money

peak delusion, hope you don't owe too much debt on these

millions of people aren't going to be able to make rent or mortgage soon and you think people are going to buy your filipped house at the top?

You're a faggot who builds his wealth on the suffering of others. kys

Lmao I just hold my 20k links.

Would rather have DMG and exposure to houses

I’m a tradie in Australia and that’s my plan over the next 2 years. I want to buy an absolute shithole in an average area, do it up and sell it after a year for a discount on capital gains tax.
Seems like fun and being an electrician I can add some good value. Always wanted to try this.
What have you learned by doing your first few?

why is it sinking into the ground ?
Also I will never buy a flipped house.
But also I have a set of brand new cabinets here if you want to buy them.

You are a child & shouldn't be on this board.
No one is forcing anyone to buy or sell.
Please KYS

That wooden static caravan is worth 360k in burger land? Yikes
Good for you anyway. I would like to do this some day

Based and Ferengi-pilled.

What exactly did you change? what materials did you use, what constructors? how much did it cost and in what timeframe?

I looked at "cheap" frame houses without windows, but supplying the water would had been a pain in the ass, maybe the electricity too. Setting up the frames for the windows seems expensive as hell.

I was thinking of adding thin walls to artificially create more rooms to get more value out of little, but it depends how high the ceiling is and how much people care about extra rooms in that area. I think in New York people would appreciate an apartment with 4 rooms over houses which always have like 6 rooms at least.

Why not just live there? Looks insanely comfy, would legit buy a house like that when link moons. What state?

Also nice argument faggot, say hi to the devil for me when your selfish decisions catch up to you

just imagine if you bought 250k worth of Tesla calls last week
