The conflict of this arc makes no sense so far. It feels like they're only fighting because they're supposed to. Senku has no reason to withhold the revival juice from Xeno, Xeno has no reason to kill the people that know the formula to the juice.
Both of them have the same goal after all. They want to revive people.

Xeno is clearly antagonistic towards non-xeno-kingdom people, so why would Senku EVER share the revival formula with someone who is willing to kill complete strangers?
