He's fine, he's not supposed to be a badass cold blooded killer, that's Zoro's job and he excels at it
Sanji is more of a doofus that sometimes does badass things but it's more focused on using his brains.
He's my favourite character I wouldn't want him to be another cold blooded character that speaks in one liners.

That's the thing for me though,sometimes he does and is unexpected,at least for me.
I like it that he is the underdog, I like that I don't know if he's going to win or lose a fight. I like it when he surprises people with his strength because he's not well known like Luffy or Zoro.
