Kizuna Memorial Story 3, "Medical Student, Jou Kido", announced for 10th July at Limited Base Pop-up shops: withthewill.net/threads/23837/ Kizuna BD & DVD to be released on 2nd September in Japan featuring an 02 cast exclusive audio drama!: withthewill.net/threads/23776/ We'll probably get a subbed version of Kizuna shortly after the home release drops although considering how bad the plot is, it might not be worth it.
I've decided. Savers is my most disliked series out of the first five. While it was far more consistent than 02, that was really all it had going for it. 02, despite being a mess, was at the very least entertaining and tried to at least have some themes and characterization (even if it could be different from episode to episode). Savers also probably looked worse on average than 02.
The one moment I got chills from Savers was when Yggdrasil went berserk and referred to itself as the WiZ9000 computer.

Bentley Perry
But that's ALL it is. He punches stuff. He's constantly angry and constantly makes bad decisions that is attributed to his banchou personality. He puts people in danger constantly. When their Digivices break, Thoma has to hold him down to stop the Bio Digimon group from noticing them because Masaru wants to yell and scream at them to fight. It doesn't matter if he brings all of his friends and the fate of the Digital World with him. He's such a one-note character and drama arises because he's a one-note character. The only times he's tolerable are when he's played for comedy.
It just feels like Savers had absolutely nothing to it in terms of depth. For having an older cast, they feel like they were made for younger children.
