You say that, but Meth has been pushing. The two biggest girls we've seen in the manga so far are Oku and Erufuda in the Satyr arc. When Erufuda was supersized in the Satyr arc there was an extent to which she was still being played for laughs, so her flab is treated as a bit of a joke.
But by the time we get to Oku's more recent chapter, we get a noticeably large character that Meth wants to treat more seriously, and she's quite clearly a big girl. Oku's belly isn't folding into rolls yet, but it's not far away. That inward bend in the middle of her gut is exactly what a belly looks like just before it gets big enough to fold in two. I've been a fatfag for long enough to recognize it in IRL girls and in the drawings of better artists.
I don't think Meth will be squeamish about realistically drawing REALLY big girls, if they show up in the manga. Everyone's gradually gotten bigger, and we've reached the point where a few of the girls are quite large, with no signs of stopping. Particularly in the case of Oku, Erufuda, and maybe Medesa, if they get any bigger they'll be BBWs, and I trust Meth to deliver the goods.

Meth sure loves his black girls. Kuroeda is his clear favourite, Satyr shows up often, and Medesa gives him an excuse to increase the number of dark skinned girls with a couple sisters. He even took the opportunity to give Kusahanada a tanned gyaru chapter.
I wouldn't mind if he did another chapter where a few girls get tanned for some reason.
