as long as they're in your wallet before the button is pressed. you can buy at 9.59pm est and still get it. But you don't seem to have a clear grasp on what the rebase is or does, so I suggest either reading up on it or buying a small stack and holding it out for long term)

Yes, the rebase expands the supply or shrinks it based on demand, expressed by the price (1.06). You can swing it if you can properly predict, for example, a bigger sell-off than the rebase %. In the end this coin plays out on your total % of the supply, which is constant between rebases provided you do not buy or sell.

What people don't understand is that multiple positive rebases lower your average entry price (it's basicly DCAing without buying more), so in the long run you should end up in profit anyways. that is provided the project picks up hits a higher mcap blablabla

Here’s what I do, I sell exactly when rebase hits, then go to coin market cap and wait for the correction last night it dropped 24cents the exact amount for the rebase increase which was around 10% the larger the sum the slower it is to sell in time because everyone with a brain sell, rebuy in the second it dips below the rebase increase to turn your rebase from a 10% increase In ample to a 20% increase in your total ample

yes but the price drop is automatic, don't forget that! only centralized exchanges that don't have an automatic price drop implemented have this short period of arbing potential after a rebase... in essence it really is nothing else than:

rebase on it's own does not change the $ amount by any means, only idiots who buy the post-rebase dips pump your $ amount, nothing else

i dont think you understand what hes saying. hes saying that you can expect a proportional % drop to the rebase, but that there will be overselling, and you should buy back in when its oversold

If he did that yesterday night there's no way he would've ended up in profit, because there was no dip post rebase.

If he had sold after, and it dipped 10% more, yes, but yesterday wasn't the case at all. So he probably got in with more AMPL than the day before, true, but less overall %. Check the charts. It dipped a whole 2 cents, not enough for the so claimed "10% extra" he says he got.

If we hit 3.50 tonight I'm selling pre-rebase. Otherwise going to re-evaluate tomorrow. Already swinged intra-day at 2.60, all charts pointed to overbought across all timeframes and got a 7-8% scalp out of it.

which indicators do you use apart from bollinger? how do you look if something is overbought? RSI? I'm very bad at TA

I don't care about bollingers much, never bothered to turn them off anyways and they don't stand up on the chart.

I'm not much into TA itself but I do keep MACD, RSI and Stoch RSI. If you look at this chart on uniswap.vision you'll see that across 10, 15, 30 and 1 hour timeframes all charts pointed to overbought (both RSI and Stoch over the bands)

a 13% jump in 5 minutes? that's prime swing material on this coin. I mostly swing intraday though and not rebases, only do rebases with a small part of my stack
