They are a hedge against the money pit that is the USPS, Amazon and UPS have made unfathomable amounts of money because USPS can not raise prices and they are forced to deliver to unprofitable rural routes. Drones would be faster and cheaper but require an investment and some development. I'm building position in UAVS because my home and 1k+ acres of farm land are less than an hour from Wichita. Ag Drones will revolutionize commercial farming profits, and I have been pursuing hemp licenses since KS has been giving them out, but they are only in the research phase of growing so profits don't exist and the state is up your ass with regulation with THC limits and crop destruction and certified seeds and registration of every person that would step foot in the designated hemp growing area. UAVS has software that solves these issues in Florida, and its just a matter of time until they fit it for Kentucky, Colorado and Kansas. All of this will take time and until then farmland still prints cash rent and my farmers are begging for more acreage and they pay twice what the government pays for you to not farm it. And cash rent means low risk cash every year until I can farm it all sitting at my PC. I see huge potential but I am in an amazing position if it can be realized.

I've been looking to invest in land, or rather buy a bunch now so I can build a home on it later since I only have budget for the land right now. I've seen a bunch of land where I'm looking where they talk about it being leased out or for haying or whatever. It'd be fantastic to get into some land and have some of the payment covered by the land being used in the meantime rather than just sitting there. How does all that work? I don't have an Ag background so I'm afraid I'd buy the land and not be able to network or figure out who and where would pay me for its use.

I first came to Zig Forums 3 months ago and have been lurking a bit since. I missed all the Corona opportunities because I didn't want to make mistakes by jumping in too quickly. I've been thinking of a viable strategy. I noticed that many stocks are posted for the first time on Zig Forums when they're about 2/3 through a massive pump. WKHS, NIO, that Nigger Bank etc. So all I have to do is buy puts ("options"?) for any pump stock the moment it gets mentioned on Zig Forums, right? They always go a little higher still but never stay on that highly elevated level (at least none have so far). This should work more than 50% of the time at the very least. Am I overlooking something important? What's the best way for a European to buy "puts / options" with low fees?

From what I've read the 2nd check bill will be capped at a total income of 40,000 or less and the extra unemployment dropped from 600 to around 400. I could care less cause I'd still qualify for the whole 2400 nut. Long as they pass it that's all want to happen.
