If you want a honest serious answer
Remove the pregnancy, trim down the drug chick and acting arc so that the ending isn't super rushed, have Natsuo come to the realisation that he indeed loves Hina after the talk with Marie as hinted by many moments throughout the story where he tries to ignore/run away from them. Kei dug her own grave with the pregnancy and realised she can't have Natsuo telling he loves Hina after all to his parents while siting beside the girl he got pregnant. She tries to salvage it by having Natsuo confess his love 5 years later which doesn't really decrease the damage already done. Also have Rui get with Kajita rather than leaving her hanging like that. She gets no closure in the ending given.

The last 4 chapters are extremely rushed user. The manga lost any logical or moral sense when Kei introduced the pregnancy as a bait. I am surprised Natsuo's father didn't unironically killed himself in the end. That would be the perfect end of this parody. I don't think kei even has an editor.
